Plymouth Pavilions Ice Rink Terms and Conditions

Plymouth Pavilions is operated by The Plymouth Pavilions Limited and South West Ticketing Solutions Limited, hereafter referenced as ‘Plymouth Pavilions’.
Tickets for the Ice Rink issued by Plymouth Pavilions are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale:

Your Tickets
When booking online, please ensure that you book your tickets using your own account. Plymouth Pavilions will not be held responsible for tickets purchased using another customer's account.

Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder admission to the Ice Rink and does not take responsibility for duplicated orders. Please do not make or distribute multiple copies as only the first person to redeem your order at our Ice Rink ticketing desk will be given access to our facilities.

Tickets are non transferable and may not be sold at inflated prices.

Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to limit the number of tickets on sale to individuals.

Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. 

Plymouth Pavilions takes no responsibility for tickets purchased via a third party, including individuals purchasing on behalf of a group.

Only tickets purchased from Plymouth Pavilions are valid for admission to a session.

Tickets are required for each child attending a session. Some sessions may have age restrictions, please check for any restrictions prior to purchasing your tickets.

Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to promote special ticket offers in addition to those published in our printed marketing materials or on our website. These can not be applied retrospectively, may be subject to limited availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

Customers can join a session at any point during the session, however the ticket price will not be reduced to reflect a shorter skate time.

Your Visit
Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder admission to the premises and change timetable details without notice.

The use of cameras is allowed in the Rink, however Plymouth Pavilions reserve the right to view the photos and delete photos at their discretion. Cameras and mobile phones my not be used when skating on the ice.

Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible (over 16 years old) adult. The required ratio of adults to children is 1 adult : 3 children.

Any form of illegal, violent or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

No alcohol is to be consumed on or around the Rink, and those under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate in any session.

Rink Safety applies at all times.

Plymouth Pavilions does not accept responsibility for personal property brought on to the premises.
Plymouth Pavilions strives to deliver excellent customer service. However, as with all services, unforeseen problems can occur and it may be necessary to cancel your session. Should this be the case Plymouth Pavilions will contact you to inform you of any changes that affect your booking as soon as we are aware of any problems occurring. In this case you will be offered an alternative session, day, where possible, or a full refund will be given.

Your Information
The South West Ticketing Solutions Privacy Policy, relating to www.plymouthpavilions.com, forms part of these Terms and Conditions, details of this policy can be found here.

By entering the venue you give your consent to being photographed or filmed as a visitor to our Rink. This may be used for future promotional activity.

CCTV is in operation throughout Plymouth Pavilions for the purpose of crime prevention and detection.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
You have 2 years from the date of issue to use your Pavilions Gift Voucher. If you don’t manage to use your Gift Voucher within this time, simply give us a call on 01752 93 63 63 and we will extend its life for you (you will need to pay a £2.50 admin charge for this). 
All Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase tickets for Ice Skating in the Pavilions Ice Rink, or Arena shows*. Unfortunately, you cannot use your Gift Voucher in the Live Café or Arena Bar. 
To use your Gift Voucher to purchase Arena tickets please visit www.plymouthpavilions.com, or call the Ticket Store team on 0333 772 7727. To purchase Ice Skating tickets please visit www.plymouthice.co.uk, call us on 01752 93 63 63, or visit the Ice Rink during opening hours (see www.plymouthice.co.uk for details) to make a purchase in person. To make any purchase whether in full or as part payment, you will need to enter or quote your unique voucher/redemption numbers that can be found on the Gift Voucher.
If you do not redeem the full value of your Gift Voucher in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on your Gift Voucher ready for you to use in another transaction. We cannot redeem Gift Vouchers for cash so no change will be issued if you do not redeem the full amount in one transaction. If your Gift Voucher balance does not cover the full amount of a transaction you can pay the remainder on a credit/debit card. 
Please keep your Gift Voucher safe and do not share your unique voucher/redemption numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for any misuse of Gift Vouchers and we will automatically accept them as payment from the first customer to quote the voucher/redemption numbers either online, over the phone, or in person without proof of purchase. Also, we cannot replace a Gift Voucher if lost or stolen so another reason to keep them safe! 

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

The Card
Use of the Plymouth Pavilions Ice Rink Collect and Skate card (hereafter referred to as “the card”), shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions or to substitute or withdraw the Collect and Skate by informing customers by email and/or by giving notice, which will be displayed on site at Plymouth Pavilions and online at www.plymouthice.co.uk .
Use of the card, or any card issued under a scheme replacing this scheme, shall constitute your acceptance of the varied and/or new Terms & Conditions.
A stamp will be given with a purchase of a skate. Skating aid tickets are not included.

Earning Stamps
You must present your card at the time of purchase to qualify for any stamps, stamps cannot be applied retrospectively.
One stamp will be issued for each ticket purchased excluding Patch tickets and Unlimited tickets. For Group Lessons five stamps will be issued per block.
Merchandise is excluded from the scheme.
If you seek a refund in respect of any product purchased, you must present your card so that any stamps issued at the point of sale can be removed from your card.
Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to change the rate of awarding stamps and the type of qualifying purchases, upon giving notice by email and/or as displayed on site at Plymouth Pavilions and online at www.plymouthice.co.uk .

Redeeming Cards
Your card can only be used at Plymouth Pavilions Ice Rink.
A completed card may be redeemed as full payment for sessions only and can be used against any timetabled session, excluding Group or Private Lessons.
Cards can not be redeemed against merchandise.
Stamps cannot be transferred between cards.
Cards may only be redeemed once all 10 stamps have been collected.
Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Issuer’s Rights
The card is issued by, and remains the property of, The Plymouth Pavilions Limited.
Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time, or refuse to renew or replace the card. Stamps remaining on withdrawn cards will be lost.
Reasons for withdrawal or non-replacement of cards may include but are not restricted to:
- any abuse or attempted abuse of the Collect and Skate Scheme;
- any attempted use of a card or stamps in a manner which is contrary to the Terms & Conditions;
- any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of the Cardholder;
- any reason that the Cardholder has been barred from Plymouth Pavilions.
You must surrender the card to Plymouth Pavilions upon request.

Lost Cards
Cardholders are responsible for the safekeeping of their own cards.
Plymouth Pavilions accepts no liability for lost or stolen cards.
In the event of your card being lost, stamps will not be reissued, but a new card can be collected from Plymouth Pavilions.

Data Protection
Personal data supplied by the cardholder will be held and processed by computer or otherwise by The Plymouth Pavilions Limited to operate the cardholder’s account; to confirm, update and enhance Plymouth Pavilions customer records; for statistical analysis; and to establish any Cardholder’s identity.
Plymouth Pavilions may use information about the cardholder to send the applicant or cardholder information about other goods, services and/or promotions offered by Plymouth Pavilions, which Plymouth Pavilions believes may be of interest to the cardholder.
Plymouth Pavilions may contact cardholders using any of the contact details provided.
The Card holder has the right to opt out or unsubscribe from receiving promotional information at any point by following the unsubscribe link found at the base of any email, or by making a request at the Ice Rink ticketing desk.
